By employing Smile Dog Walking to walk your dog(s) you allow us to act as guardian during your absence and to take any action which we consider suitable in order to protect and keep your dog in good health.

You will be responsible for any costs which might be incurred, either veterinary or other, as a result of any sickness, accident or damages caused to or by your dog.

You must also understand that no liability will attach to Smile Dog Walking and you must agree to the terms and conditions of Smile Dog Walking which can be shown to you on request.
