Mangrove GreenIf you go past the King William IV Inn in Mangrove Green it opens out to an amazing view overlooking Lilley Bottom and the ascent towards Offley, hook a left at the wall by East Hyde Lodge and up the hill towards Putteridge Bury. Perfect for summer and cold frosty days. | Great OffleyGreat Offley lies on the top of the most north eastern ridge of the Chiltern Hills, and its population is 673. It has two excellent pubs, the Red Lion & the Green Man which is dog friendly inside the bar area. Plenty of walks from here including the Three Spring Walk. | Little OffleyTake the footpath immediately right after the bridge from Great Offley and the path eventually goes downhill. Beautiful views on a late spring day when the trees are in full bloom and the fields are covered with yellow oilseed rape. |
